Perceptible and concealed, an intimate research of surfaces.

The concept originated from looking at the different kinds of rock erosions, inspired by processes of the rocks’ cycle, such as erosion, metamorphism, and sedimentation, in their slow and continuous change, and to a consequent series of questions related to the passage of time.
I elaborated a visual and three dimensional means to represent the commingling between the relevance of time, the wear and the appearance.
